Our Baby

Adelaide is really growing up fast and definately becoming her own person. She has really started to take off walking. I would say she walks about 80% of the time, and looks a little less like a drunken sailor. She has also decided she is tired of being spoon fed, so she has started to eat more table food. I'd been hesitant to do too much table food because she still only has 2 teeth, but she has done okay so far. As you can see, she enjoys eating spaghetti with us. She has also discovered the piano. She loves to sit on my lap and make noise. She will play, turn the page of the hymn book until she gets to one she likes, and then play some more. It is so entertaining! Tristan and Alicia especially think it is funny....they just laugh and laugh, so Adelaide does it more and more. Adelaide has also really taken to her sunglasses (compliments of my mom), she pulls them out of her drawer and tries to put them on. Sometimes I even catch her taking my glasses of my night stand and trying to put them on. She doesn't quite have the coordination to actually get them ON her face, but she tries, and it is amusing. She also loves to pull everything out of any and all drawers, cupboards, closets, anything that can make a mess for me to have to pick up. If she wasn't so darn cute, I probably would get really annoyed. But with that face...annoyance is impossible!!!!
