An Oscar Party

My friend, Cassy, loves to plan and throw a good party. She really should be a party planner. Her parties are always amazing...the food, decor, the fine details. Alli sold her house over a year ago and had been bouncing around living from place to place until her new home was finished being built in April. So naturally, Cassy decided it was something to throw a party over!! An OSCAR party! Alli always seems to know what is going on with the celebs and often has celeb sightings...it seemed a natural fit. As couples, we were assigned to dress up as certain famous Hollywood couples. There was a "red carpet" leading up to the front door. The plan was to get a limo, but the limos were all booked, so we went with the next best thing...the bus! We had Mike and Alli go off in the limo until all the guests arrived, and then they pulled up and walked the red carpet while we screamed and cheered and took pictures...acting all paparazzi and all. Considering they were Brad and Angelina...it was only natural for us to act that way. It was a fun evening...there were some couples who stayed in character all night. I have awesome friends!!

So Daniel won best dressed for his impression of "The Biebs." Seriously though, he totally earned it! You should have seen him as I straightened his hair...SUCH a baby...flinching and telling me how much it hurt. But look how awesome it turned out!!! Some people weren't even sure who he was...they knew he was The Biebs, but they couldn't figure out WHO was behind The Biebs?? Hilarious. He had everyone fooled.
